Binghamton University upset nationally ranked RIT 18-16.

Senior Tom Ruck paved the way for the young Colonial team by upsetting returning all-American Tony Wallace at 174. Freshman Joe Privitere, a High School National Champion, scored the only fall for the Colonials. The Colonials had 7 frosh/soph starting. The match started at 285.
